Nivel de conocimiento sobre los Planes de Seguridad y Salud basado en la Norma G050 en estudiantes de la carrera de Construcción Civil del IESTPFFAA, 2020

Abstract

The objective of our research is to determine the level of knowledge about Health and Safety Plans based on the G050 Standard in students of the Civil Construction career of the IESTPFFAA 2020. In relation to the Methodology we consider that it is a quantitative descriptive univariate cut study non-probabilistic cross-sectional with a sample of 100 students. A questionnaire developed in Google Forms was applied, consisting of 10 questions based on the criteria of the G050 Standard. The variable was categorized to an ordinal, through the Stanones scale. Regarding the results: 70% of the students have "Low" knowledge, 20% "Medium"; and 10%, "Alto" regarding the knowledge about the Health and Safety plans based on the G050 Standard. Our conclusions are as follows: 30% and 67% know about equipment and protection measures on site respectively. While with respect to collective protection equipment; on accesses, circulation and signaling; in both, 45% answered correctly. Regarding the use of scaffolding; heavy construction works; earthmoving without explosives; earthworks with explosives; infrastructure works, excavations and demolitions, all of which only answered 34% correctly. Finally, regarding the work with the use of lifting, 78% answered correctly.
