La administración pública para la optimización en la satisfacción de las necesidades básicas humanas en épocas de crisis sanitaria COVID-2019

Abstract

The management of public administration plays a very important role in the face of crises that may arise in a country, likewise it is important to know what the perspective of the citizens of the public management of your locality is, because this is the first institution with the that the citizen interacts and has contact with their administration, it is also relevant to analyze how political decisions can affect citizens and how this generates a dependency on social programs. The research will have the objectives of analyzing the perspective of citizenship regarding public management and city satisfaction in metropolitan Lima 2019 and also analyzing the dependence of vulnerable sectors on social programs Peru 2020. The focus of the research is quantitative, applied type, descriptive, transversal and longitudinal level. The documents extracted from Lima How We Go will be analyzed and will be complemented with data from the National Institute of Statistics and Informatics. Reaching the conclusion that citizens have a perspective of regular public management which is subject to the behavior of the public administration, in addition to feeling satisfied with their city, it does not have a relationship with the public administration but for other advantages. Furthermore, the main factors for dependence on social programs are economic, health and nutritional malnutrition.
