Nuevos paradigmas en la gestion de seguridad y salud en el trabajo a raiz del COVID-19

The research was carried out with a view to identifying the new paradigms for the prevention of occupational risks, based on leadership, compliance with the protocols to prevent the spread of Covid-19 and assuming the challenges of the post-pandemic. The result was that the management paradigms in occupational health and safety are based on the laws, standards and protocols to be complied with, because there is monitoring by the occupational safety and health supervisor. It is concluded that the Engineer responsible for occupational health and safety is observant, methodical, communicative, motivating and aware.
