Abstract

Nowadays, technological advances have been advancing in great magnitude and both virtual and mobile applications have become common and easily accessible to users. In this sense, the objective of this work is to implement an information system for customer service management for a company in the retail sector, capable of making and measuring visits, sales, assigning advisors and evaluating them. Also, a tool with the ability to generate indicators that provide information for the continuous improvement of the company's processes. For this purpose, emerging IT tools in the field of software development and project management were used, achieving efficient results in terms of design, operation, deployment and performance of the application.
