Methodological Software to Prepare the Participatory Budget by Results in a Provincial Municipality of the San Martín Region

Abstract

The objective of the research is to implement a methodological software that largely solves the problems and make this process transparent, effective, efficient and thus automate the process of prioritizing projects that have a social, economic and environmental impact, implies the development of a software methodology that largely solves the aforementioned problems. The study is of pre-experimental design of a single group before and after the test or experiment. It was concluded that with the implementation of the methodological software, the administrative system of the Participatory Budget by results was strengthened, and the duration times of the administrative procedure stages that went through the simplification process will be updated as the new administrative process is implemented. Finally, it was obtained that the software fulfills the function of a mini decision-making application since, through the analysis of each administrative procedure, the frequency of each one can be compared before and after passing the prioritization process.
